Wanted: DVD Audio Tool

I have Audio DVD Creator. It’s possible to create chapters but not titles within chapters. (do I miss something?)

Anyone hints or tips to create a DVD audio DVD which is not DVD audio but DVD Video (for DVD audio you need special DVD player).
Hints or tips welcome.
