than run

esxcli software vib update –depot=/vmfs/volumes/d8115711-12b990e2/update-from-esxi6.7-6.7_update02.zip

or

esxcli software vib install -d /vmfs/volumes/5c9c9d36-b48ce326-29a5-ac1f6bbac
aec/ESXi670-201904001.zip

ready .. and reboot
