Wireless stuff
Saw yesterday Curry writing about Wireless again. The WiFi list of public networks in Holland is cool.
Before it’s interesting for me to add myself to the list (yes I have a number of AP’s running at home, I need a High Gain Directional Antenna, otherwise my range is only 50 to 100 meters. That’s not interesting if I want to serve Palace ‘Het Loo’ wireless (less than a mile from my home) :-)
Today I also found out that my firware upgraded Intersil Wireless PC-Card under XP is running fine with Boingo ! and that’s very Kewl ;-) otherwise you need the Atmel solution (which I used at the Cebit) cause in the driver software they have a site survey what will show all WLAN’s available.
