scrapedfeeds is down and I am not willing to reactivate it again. Too much issues at the ISP (who is the sponsor of the serverspace). If it comes up again it will come up again but without action of my side.

Only with a better and stable server I will think about it. Domain can be bought, intellectual property is in my head for scraping, so I can be hired.
Maybe you have better luck at the new dutch initiative of MyHeadlines

Latest firmware release with ADSL2+ functionality enables SNMPv2 features for this ADSL modem

Although the cfgmaker for MRTG does not retrieve all information correctly (no system information) the information for the dataspeed (traffic) is almost correct ;-) I used ifInOctets and IfOutoctets
So actually you can use this mrtg config script for the DSL line and WLAN or use the OID for ADSL in another config file.
Target[adsl]: 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16.2&1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.2:public@192.168.1.1

MIB, SNMP, MRTG

I’ve a new DSL modem @ home; Conceptronic C54APRA, with special ADSL2+ firmware (I’m prepared as dutch KPN is upgrading their lines). A new feature is SNMP

I use MRTG, but the standard config does not make correct statistics. Therefore I used snmpwalk and checked the MIB ..

Now I have the MIB, I need to have te mrtg.cfg, but no idea where to start. Anyone a hint?

BattleStar Gallactica

Eindelijk, 3 december? / 26 november? is het dan zover: Veronica TV gaat eindelijk de nieuwe serie(s) van BattleStar Gallactica uitzenden. Nog weinig van te vinden op de website (alleen dat het 3 december op de buis komt ipv Enterprise).

Dus eerst de mini-serie en daarna Seizoen 1. Ik ben van de partij !!! (Seizoen 2 is wel/niet begonnen op Scifi (zit een beetje apart in elkaar)) en een 3e seizoen komt er ook! .. voor de Scifi fan dus smullen geblazen.

uhmpf.. nu lees ik weer dat vanaf zaterdag 26 november om 20.15 uur de nieuwe Battlestar Galactica uitgezonden wordt.. Knap lastig met die informatie voorziening van Veronica .. Sjee.. Zou het zo ook gegaan zijn met ‘ Alias ‘ de topserie die wel/niet uitgezonden werd wordt op de NL TV, gewoonweg omdat de advertisement lees: het kabaal eromheen gewoonweg niet goed gebracht werd zodat de ‘massa’ er niet van op de hoogte was?

Welke fan kan me het verlossende antwoord geven? Iemand van Veronica TV misschien?
