I love PowerPoint. It makes building a good presentation easy. It also makes it very easy to build a shitty presentation. Spend some time in tinkering with the objets you want on every page and put them in a background. Also go easy on the ‘special effects’. They will take the interest from the audience away from the things you want to say. the KISS principle was invented for PowerPoint IMHO.
Powerpoint is good! The new package PP XP offers
very much utilities to make advanced movements!
I hate fancy things. :-)
