Morgen niet met z’n allen vergeten te kijken naar Hardware Info TV
Schijnt iets interessants te zien te zijn (zelf ook geen idee wat .. )
Ah het was de CFULLHDMA
Due to a bug in my betatest subscribe plugin installed tonight I am not able to validate any new subscriber. All e-mail addresses are marked bad. And due to changes in the script it does not allow me to downgrade.
So I have to wait for the developer of the nice (it’s worked perfectly before) plugin ..
Today will be released to beta testers
Beta firmware 1.11.02.06/09 with kernel 2.6 but also kernel 2.4 firmware versions will be released as well
1.09.55.06/09 firmware release:
v1.09.55
Fixed: issue on WMV audio hickup:
For a long time I wanted to try to copy content from one CH3SNAS to another today was the day I tried .. So here my request for comment about my config ;-)
It’s quick, dirty, no security and I assume you already have installed fun_plug with telnet support
The NAS
Zo .. en dan gaan we nu even genieten van een heerlijk klein glaasje: Pedro Ximénez Dulce – Sacromonte, 15 años … heerlijk ! (tis een Sherry, maar dan wel een hele bijzondere).
Oh oh .. you are upgrading your CFULLHDMA and suddenly in your home there is no power anymore ..
Is there a way to fix the CFULLHDMA? There are 2 ways to fix a bricked CFULLHDMA
If you see a Blue Screen, than you have the opportunity to fix the bricked CFULLHDMA by using a USB drive/stick with upgrade.bin. Instruction are displayed on-screen.
If the CFULLHDMA is giving a BLUE SCREEN, the kernel is still running and you can fix your CFULLHDMA. The device is searching for the upgrade and it will upgrade.
There is a small change that this way will work as kernel root files can be damaged too easily when a firmware upgrade fails (due to power failure).
The other way to fix the CFULLHDMA is by using a serial console cable. (I can do that) .. ;-)
More about this using console cable will be explained when needed or requested.
CFULLHDMA beta testers have to register themselves again for beta-testing (and be able to download beta firmware versions) at the CFULLHDMA PAGE. If you did not receive any e-mail this morning from me your e-mail address was lost totally. Only a limited amount of people could be informed.
The new way of subscribing yourself for beta testing gives you more control with what e-mail address you want to subscribe or if necessary unsubscribe yourself without my interaction.
