HELP: SELinux: unregistering netfilter hooks

HELP

When my USB disk (used for the backup of my (this) server) is connected to the USB port and powered on the Linux CentOS server will not boot after the SELinux: unregistering netfilter hooks message.

When the USB disk is turned off: the server is booting normally and all services are started and everyone can surf onto my sites again, send e-mail etc..

What can be the reason why Linux is not booting properly when my USB disk is on?

In April we bought an Oil and Vinegar stainless steelset as shown above in a shop selling Iittala . (and yeah they are expensive)

Within 2 months both bottoms of the bottles had a crack in the glass. We were very surprised that this could happen. But … finally after finding some time now in October I e-mail with Iittala and wrote them that I had this issue. Within 2 days the wrote me an e-mail telling me I could contact a iittala shop in Holland (no problem where I asked for a repair/refund or exchange).

I called with Iittala Amersfoort and spoke with the friendly shop manager/owner. I called Friday, left some personal info and went together with Lilian on Saturday to the shop. We showed the 2 bottles and within 2 minutes we got 2 new Oil and Vinegar stainless steel bottles …

jaarmix 2007

Sinds 2001 wordt er vanaf oktober een lijst bijgehouden met informatie over de mooiste muziek mixen uit dat desbetreffende jaar. 

Ook dit jaar houdt mixfreaks.nl weer een lijst bij met de beste jaarmixen over het jaar 2007

Dus wil je weten welk radiostation of DJ  een mix maakt met de beste muziek uit het jaar 2007 bezoek dan jaarmix.nl

Blogmij: schrijf een posting en krijg betaald!

Na het lezen van een kort persbericht over Blogmij.nl heb ik me vandaag aangemeld. Ik vind het altijd leuk om te zien of bepaalde initiatieven goed gaan werken ja dan te nee.

Zo werk ik al een tijdje met admatch, maar dat komt maar niet echt van de grond. Er volgen af en toe advertenties, maar de mogelijkheid om het goed in de website te zetten is een beetje lastig en de afgelopen tijd kreeg ik vaak een ‘wit’ veld te zien zonder advertentie.

Dus dan Blogmij erbij pakken. Zij pakken het iets anders aan: de blogger maakt gewoon een posting:

WORDT BETAALD VOOR BLOGGEN. Adverteerders willen graag je mening over verschillende onderwerpen en diensten, Schrijf een posting aan de hand van keywords en hyperlinks. Het is heel eenvoudig, schrijf en wordt betaald.

Nou schrijven doe ik al 7 jaar dus dat moet wel lukken en ik geloof dat ik aan alle criteria wel voldoe. Dus ik ben benieuwd wat ik als eerste aangeboden krijg (b.t.w. uitbetaling duurt wel dramatisch lang (stel je maakt een bericht waarmee je 5 euro verdient, dan moet je 20 berichten hebben geschreven om een uitbetaling te krijgen .. ).  En aangezien ik eigenlijk snel geld wil verdienen (wie niet?) denk ik dat het misschien wel lang gaat duren voordat je die 100 euro te pakken hebt. Vandaar ook dat ik mij aangemeld heb voor dit nieuwe initiatief (wat voor mij dus een experiment is).

Wieeehhh .. I’m in a blog list .. I’m in the blog50.nl I’m somewhere at position 158 overall. I just saw a referer showing up my stats..

And at the personal hit/toplist I’m ranked 23. Pagerank 5 within Google (I’m satisfied with that) and to my surprise I’ve about 47 bloglines subscribers. Unbelievable. Ok my position was higher but I went on holiday (kuch) ..

HP-C5280 Photosmart Label print problem

During my summerholiday in China (1 month) I received several reactions from users around Europe writing that they have (had) the same issues with the HP C5280 Photosmart printer as I was reporting in August Due to my database removal I lost some comments.

I do not own this printer myself anymore: after 2 failing devices I got my money back. But customers do report that even revised printers from HP (Those printers should have had an QC (Quality Check) by HP but still do fail the DVD / CD Label printing. I do urge HP to solve this issue as we are still looking for a printer which is capable of doing its job correctly!
